Bestie Quiz terms of use
User agreement and service terms
This agreement is between the person using the Bestie Quiz (PickMe) app (“User”) and the service provider.
By downloading, creating an account, or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Parties and subject
Service provider: Berkan Çalıkoğlu (berkancalikoglu@outlook.com). Subject: social quiz creation and play among friends, scoring, invite/share, community templates, friendships and related features.
Account and usage rules
- You are responsible for accurate account information and keeping a reachable contact channel.
- Account security (device access, linked accounts) is yours. Report suspicious access promptly.
- You may not use the app unlawfully, harmfully, in a rights-infringing way, or to disrupt the service.
- Users are responsible for uploaded content (text, images, links).
User content and moderation
When publishing a public quiz, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it:
- Does not include harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, encouragement of violence, illegal content, or targeted abuse.
- Does not expose personal contact details without permission, impersonate others, or infringe copyright or trademarks.
- Does not contain spam, deceptive redirection, or attempts to bypass security.
Violations may lead to removal, loss of publishing rights, or account suspension. Severe or repeated abuse may be acted on without prior warning.
Digital economy
Points, quests, streaks, frames and similar virtual features have no cash value and are non-transferable. Benefits obtained through abuse or technical error may be reversed. Modified clients, bots, spam and point manipulation are prohibited.
Scope of service
Bestie Quiz is an entertainment social quiz app; it does not provide psychological diagnosis, counseling, or definitive personality analysis. Results are for information / entertainment.
Fees and ads
- The first store version may not show ads.
- If paid features or ads are added later, store disclosures and related terms will be updated before use.
Intellectual property
App design, code, interface, brand and original content belong to the Service Provider. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying or commercial reproduction is prohibited. Users remain responsible for their uploads; a technical license needed to operate the service is granted to the Service Provider.
Account deletion
Users may delete their account in app settings. Alternative: account deletion page. Deletion aims to remove or make inaccessible profile, quiz, result, social, favorite, notification-token and media data. Deleted data cannot be restored.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. The Service Provider may change, suspend or end the service. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or outcomes from third-party outages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes
The Service Provider may update features and these terms. Material changes may be announced in-app, by email, or at bestiequiz.web.app/kosullar. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

Kullanıcı sözleşmesi ve hizmet şartları
Bu sözleşme, Bestie Quiz (PickMe) uygulamasını kullanan kişi (“Kullanıcı”) ile hizmet sağlayıcı arasında geçerlidir.
Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Taraflar ve konu
Hizmet Sağlayıcı: Berkan Çalıkoğlu (berkancalikoglu@outlook.com). Konu; arkadaşlar arasında sosyal test oluşturma, çözme, skor karşılaştırma, davet/paylaşım, topluluk şablonları, arkadaşlık ve ilgili yardımcı özelliklerin sunulmasıdır.
Hesap ve kullanım kuralları
- Doğru ve güncel bilgilerle hesap açmak ve iletişim kanalınızı erişilebilir tutmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Hesap güvenliği (cihaz erişimi, bağlı hesaplar) Kullanıcıya aittir. Şüpheli erişimde derhal bildirim yapınız.
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı, zararlı, hak ihlali içeren veya hizmeti bozan biçimde kullanamazsınız.
- Yüklenen içeriklerden (metin, görsel, bağlantı) ilgili Kullanıcı sorumludur.
Kullanıcı içeriği ve moderasyon
Public test yayınlarken içeriği paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzu ve içeriğin aşağıdaki kurallara uyduğunu onaylarsınız:
- Taciz, tehdit, nefret, cinsel sömürü, şiddet teşviki, yasa dışı içerik veya hedefli hakaret içermez.
- İzinsiz kişisel bilgi; başkasını taklit; telif veya marka ihlali içermez.
- Spam, aldatıcı yönlendirme veya güvenlik aşmaya yönelik içerik içermez.
İhlalde içerik kaldırılabilir; yayınlama yetkisi kısıtlanabilir veya hesap askıya alınabilir. Ağır veya tekrarlayan ihlallerde önceden uyarı gerekmeyebilir.
Dijital ekonomi
Puan, görev, seri, çerçeve ve benzeri sanal özellikler nakit değeri taşımaz, devredilemez. Hile veya teknik hata sonucu kazanılanlar geri alınabilir. Değiştirilmiş istemci, bot, spam ve puan manipülasyonu yasaktır.
Hizmet kapsamı
Bestie Quiz eğlence amaçlı bir sosyal test uygulamasıdır; psikolojik teşhis, danışmanlık veya kesin kişilik analizi sunmaz. Sonuçlar bilgilendirme / eğlence amaçlıdır.
Ücretlendirme ve reklamlar
- İlk mağaza sürümünde reklam gösterilmeyebilir.
- İleride ücretli özellik veya reklam eklenirse mağaza beyanları ve ilgili koşullar kullanıma sunulmadan önce güncellenir.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu, arayüzü, markası ve orijinal içerikleri Hizmet Sağlayıcıya aittir. Tersine mühendislik, izinsiz kopyalama veya ticari çoğaltma yasaktır. Kullanıcının yüklediği içeriklerin sorumluluğu Kullanıcıya aittir; hizmeti işletmek için gerekli teknik lisans Hizmet Sağlayıcıya verilir.
Hesap silme
Kullanıcı, uygulama ayarlarından hesabını silebilir. Alternatif: hesap silme sayfası. Silme işlemi profil, test, sonuç, sosyal, favori, bildirim tokenı ve medya verilerinin kaldırılmasını veya erişilemez hale getirilmesini hedefler. Silinen veriler geri getirilemez.
Sorumluluk sınırı
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma taahhüt edilmez. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, hizmeti değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı zararlar, veri kaybı veya üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintilerinden doğan sonuçlardan Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz. Zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, özellikler ile bu şartları güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim, e-posta veya bestiequiz.web.app/kosullar üzerinden duyurulabilir. Değişiklik sonrası kullanıma devam, güncel şartların kabulü anlamına gelir.
